Supporting & educating families through their pregnancy, birth and postnatal journeys
Birth Doula
As your birth doula, I will help you prepare for the birth of your baby. Whether you want to give birth in hospital, at home, have a water birth or another birth preference. I would love to provide you with practical, emotional and informative support during your journey to assist you in achieving a positive birth experience.
Hypnobirthing
As your hypnobirthing teacher, I will help you prepare your mind and body for the physiological (vaginal) or abdominal (caesarean) birth of your baby. Through birth education, and learning how to relax using the hypnobirthing techniques, you will be ready to take control of any birth related fears and enjoy the process.
Postnatal Doula
As your postnatal doula, I will support you and your family during those first weeks/months of parenthood. Being at home with your newborn is an incredible feeling but can be overwhelming at times too. I would love to be a part of your support team and help you adapt to the changes; whether it’s your first or third!

What is a Doula?
A doula is a professional who provides emotional, practical and informative support to families before, during and after childbirth.
It’s a doula’s role to listen, educate, reassure and encourage you throughout your journey. They do not provided medical advice but will help you understand the different options available so you can make informed choices with confidence.
